Page Consultants, Inc., was tasked with, and handled all of, the civil-related work for developing a site plan design for a proposed Home2 Suites Hotel in East Hanover. The extent of the work needed to take this vision of creating a more than one hundred twenty room hotel, with a perfectly manicured site, was no easy task, and was certainly a challenge for all involved. Page Consultants’ role in this difficult task included parking layout designs, a storm detention design and calculations, site lighting, landscaping, and the design of large block retaining walls. PCI worked with the Township of East Hanover, as well as many other design professionals, to make the feasibility of the plans an approved reality. PCI obtained all the necessary civil approvals, necessary variance relief and the construction of the large hotel is currently underway.
