Client: Westfield Development, Inc.
Location: Garden State Plaza, Paramus, NJ
Page Consultants, Inc., handed all of the civil-related work corresponding to the demolition and replacement of the existing four-story parking garage with a state-of-the-art, five-story, 1,800-space garage made of pre-cast concrete, as well as the construction and layout of the over 80,000-square-foot, two-story mall addition. Along with this immense expansion, PCI was tasked with designing the access road, retaining wall, signage and other site features related to the expansion.
