Acadia Expansion – Facade Update

Client: Acadia Realty Trust, Blue Pearl Veterinary, TJX Companies

Location: Route 17 South, Paramus, NJ

Page Consultants, Inc., teamed up with three large corporations to design a 32-car parking lot expansion and an impressive new exterior elevator/stairway to Blue Pearl, a state-of-the-art, 24-hour veterinary hospital. The expansion included not only an increase in parking count, but also a new roundabout and a full overhaul of landscaping, building utilities and signage. PCI was an integral part of securing the approvals for several variances and updated signage.
