Page Consultants, Inc., was tasked with preparing an existing conditions survey and plan to determine the site’s current ADA compliance. PCI investigated all existing physical features, including parking spaces, sidewalks, pathways and crosswalks, to determine compliance with the latest Americans with Disabilities Act codes and standards. For any area found not in compliance with the ADA, an individual remediation drawing and plan was developed. PCI also oversaw all remediation construction.
